To get more comprehensive results: ingest only and limit your exposure to only healthy things, especially things that have a constructive effect on the neck.

An example of this would be if you were in a car accident, which caused you to have whiplash(cervical hyperextension injury), which caused damage to the ligaments, muscles, soft tissues and tendons in your neck and caused pinched nerves, swelling, pain and stiffness in your neck. In this particular example you would want to have chiropractic adjustments to take the pressure off the nerves and have massage and take all of the supplements necessary to relax the muscle spasms and stiffness, bring down the swelling and pain and rejuvenate the ligaments, muscles, soft tissues and tendons in your neck.

To treat the problems caused by osteoarthritis as with any other problem, it would be crucial to the regeneration process to learn the fundamental cause or causes of your osteoarthritis and change it or them and find the things which are useful for your condition, then ingest, have and/or do as many of these as you can.

An example of this would be – if you were under stress for a long period of time which wore down your adrenal glands, then at the time of menopause your adrenal glands did not take over properly and replaced the hormones that were produced by the ovaries, at the same time you were not getting adequate amounts of calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc and phosphorous in your diet, the combination of these things caused degeneration of the joints, bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments, because these things need those minerals deposited properly for their structure and maintenance, therefore causing osteoarthritis. In this particular example you would want to eliminate your stress, decrease the amount of stress you are under and/or do stress management techniques so that you are less effected by stress. Also you would want to take calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc and phosphorous in adequate amounts so that it could be utilized properly and have all of the proper things to rejuvenate your adrenal glands, bones, joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles from the damage that was done, thereby decreasing or eliminating the osteoarthritis.

URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS

One of the most common causes of urinary tract infections is: taking antibiotics for other conditions, the antibiotics kill off the acidophilus in your intestines, which is one of your natural defense mechanisms against urinary tract infections, thereby leaving you suseptable to infection.	Other common causes of urinary tract infections include: junk food, mental and/or emotional stress, poisons, chemicals, eating rancid oils, eating processed foods, eating too much fatty foods, eating over cooked foods, negative thoughts, obesity, food poisoning, dehydration, mal-combined foods, lack of rest or sleep, lack of exercise, vitamin, mineral, nutrient and/or amino acid deficiencies, trauma, pinched nerves and viruses.

The most common symptoms of urinary tract infections include: pain, burning, itching and swelling around the opening of the urinary tract, pus in urine, low back pain, fever and fatigue.

In the last 32 years that I have been in holistic health care practice I have seen many, many patients with urinary tract infections that did the holistic things and became symptom free. Some people have had these infections about every six months for over twenty years and some people have gotten to the point where they constantly had an infection. We would find out what the underlying cause of their problem was and tell them how to stop it, recommend large dosages of acidophilus and the other things necessary to rejuvenate their bodies from the damage that was done and the infection would disappear in a high percentage of the cases. The infection would disappear usually in from one day to two weeks and not come back as long as they kept avoiding the unhealthful things and kept utilizing the healthful things. Two of these people previously had to go in and get catheterized and have their urethra stretched out every six months for many years, which is extremely painful, they did the holistic things and that problem disappeared.

The information compiled next has helped many people to ease or eradicate urinary tract infections.

To help reduce or eliminate urinary tract infections, it would be of terrific importance to the recovery process to find the cause or causes of the urinary tract infections and stay away from it or them and find The things in the information compiled above that have helped many people to ease or eradicate their urinary tract infections, then eat, drink, have and/or do as many of these as you can. If there was a chain reaction in the body causing the urinary tract infections the parts of the chain reaction must be found and dealt with appropriately in order to eliminate the urinary tract infections.

For example, if you had a urinary tract infection, because you ate rancid oils, which damaged your liver and your spleen, which brought down your immune system, which then wasn’t able to stop the infection, thereby making it possible for the infection to grow. In this case, you would have to look into what you are eating and eliminate the rancid oils from your diet, which would eliminate the underlying cause of the problem. Then take large dosages of acidophilus to help fight off the infection and utilize the necessary things to rejuvenate the liver and the spleen on an individual basis to boost the immune system enabling it to fight off the infection thus solving the problem in a high percentage of cases.

For example: if you had a zinc deficiency which weakened your prostate and you were exposed to pesticides on the foods you were eating which inflamed your weakened prostate causing prostatitis, you would want to eat more foods that contained zinc and take herbs and other supplements that contained zinc and eat foods that are not sprayed with pesticides, in this example this would eliminate the underlying causes of the problem, then eat, drink, take and do many of the things put forth above that have helped many people to diminish or abolish prostatitis.

This newsletter was written by Dr. Gerald Krause D.C., who is currently and has been a Holistic Doctor of Chiropractic since 1979 and is the director of Krause Holistic Spa and Alta Massage College, serving Southern California, especially the South Bay and Los Angeles Harbor areas: Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Lawndale, Gardenia, Hawthorne, El Segundo, San Pedro, Wilmington, Lomita, Harbor City, Carson and Long Beach.

The frequency of menstruation is different in different women, so it would be an individual determination when the period was late. However, on the average if the interval between periods goes longer than 32 days then menstruation is late.

Some of the most common causes of late menstruation are: junk food, mental and/or emotional stress, poisons, chemicals, pinched nerves, mal-combined foods, trauma, clogged arteries, vitamin, mineral, nutrient and/or amino acid deficiencies, lack of exercise, lack of rest, dehydration, extreme weight loss, viruses, bacteria, funguses, parasites, incorrect posture, food poisoning, negative thoughts, over eating cooked food, eating rancid oils and eating processed food.

To remedy late menstruation, it would be of matchless importance to the recuperative process to find the cause or causes of the late menstruation and take away it or them and find the things which have been mentioned to have helped many people decrease late menstruation, then eat, drink, have and/or do as many of these as you can.

An example: If you ate too much junk food, which poisoned and undernourished your intestines causing them to malfunction causing the food to back up in the intestines and spoil, causing an excess of toxicity in the body, backing up the lymphatic system. The junk food also poisoned the organs, which clean the poisons out of the body, causing them to malfunction, causing a backup of more excess poisons in the lymphatic system and the junk food also directly poisoned the lymphatic system, and all this poison backed up in the lymphatic system caused the ovaries and uterus to malfunction causing late menstruation. In this particular example you have to find out what the underlying cause of your problem is, which is the junk food, eliminate the junk food from your diet as fast as possible and have all of the necessary manipulations, physiotherapy’s, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, amino acids, American herbs, Chinese herbs, homeopathic remedies and specific foods to rejuvenate the organs of the digestive system, the organs which clean the poisons out of the lymph system, the ovaries, the uterus and the lymph system, each on a separate basis according to their individual needs, you also have to do the above rejuvenating steps for any other organs that were poisoned and damaged by this chain reaction, so that all of your symptoms could disappear. Then you would want to stay on a detoxifying, rejuvenating program, so that you have an excellent chance that the symptoms stay gone.

MENSTRUATION PROBLEMS

Menstruation is a normal bodily function, therefore, you should have no symptoms before, during or after menstruation. If you do, something is going wrong. You need to find out what is causing that symptom or those symptoms, stop it, do everything it takes to rejuvenate your body from the damage that was done and do everything it takes to detoxify your body, in a vast majority of the cases this will greatly decrease or completing eliminate all of the symptoms before, during and after menstruation.

In the years I have been in holistic health care practice since 1979, I have treated hundreds of women with severe symptoms before, during and/or after menstruation, who stopped doing the damaging things and did the rejuvenating and detoxifying things and completely eliminated their symptoms.

Millions of women do not have any symptoms of menstruation, if they don’t have any symptoms of menstruation, it means you don’t have to have any symptoms of menstruation either.

Menstruation is a natural cleansing period. The lining of the uterus sloughs off and is eliminated through the characteristic bleeding, which should not be excessive, other toxins are cleaned out through the body by the lymphatic system, liver, spleen, kidneys and other cleansing organs. If you system is functioning properly your body can easily eliminate this extra toxicity. However, if your system is so backed up full of toxins or so malfunctioning that it can’t handle the excess toxicity, because you have been exposed to damaging and poisoning things for a long period of time and you have not been doing enough rejuvenating and detoxifying things, then you will have one or more of a wide variety of aches, pains, conditions or syndromes, depending on where your individual weak spots are at the time of menstruation, it can make almost any other symptom you are having at the time become worse.

Some of the most common symptoms include: cramps, abdominal pain, mood swings, depression, bloating, tenderness, water retention, skin problems, headaches, back aches, neck aches, insomnia, tiredness, nervousness, joint aches and pains, dizziness, personality changes, anger, suicidal thoughts, cravings, fainting, irritability, lethargy, feelings of aggression, difficulty breathing, restlessness and reappearance of herpes.

Some of the most common causes of menstruation problems include: hormone imbalances, hypoglycemia, food allergies, junk foods, mental and/or emotional stress, pinched nerves, mal-combined foods, trauma, clogged arteries, vitamin, mineral, nutrient and/or amino acid deficiencies, poisons, lack of exercise, lack of rest and/or sleep, chemicals, dehydration, virus, bacteria, funguses, parasites, incorrect posture, food poisoning, negative thoughts, eating overcooked foods, eating rancid oils, eating processed foods and eating too much fatty foods.

I have also noticed with menstruation problems as with any other health problem, that people will recover directly proportional to how well they can stop what they are doing that is causing the problem and how well they can do what it takes to eliminate the problem. If they cannot or will not stop what is causing the problem, and they cannot or will not do what it takes to eliminate the problems, they will not get better. If they stop what is causing the problems a little, and do what it takes to eliminate the problems a little, they will get a little better. If they stop what is causing the problems a medium amount and do what it takes to make the problems better a medium amount, they will get better a medium amount. If they stop what is causing the problems to a large degree, and do what it takes to eliminate the problems to a large degree, they will eliminate the problems to a large degree or the problems may completely disappear.

Menopause is a natural transitional period in a women’s life. Therefore no symptoms should occur as a result of menopause, if symptoms do occur there is something going wrong. Menopause is a period of time in a women’s life when her ovaries stop releasing eggs and stop producing certain hormones. At this time, the adrenals glands will naturally secrete certain hormones, which compensate for the hormones that were produced by the ovaries. So if your adrenals are functioning properly they will produce all of the hormones that your body needs to function normally from that point on. If the adrenals glands, as well as the other glands and organs of the body, are functioning normally you will not get osteoporosis, skin problems, hot flashes, mood swings, depression, irritability, sleeping problems, unusual hair growth, loss of energy, etc. that are characteristic of people who go into menopause when the glands and organs of their body, particularly their adrenal glands, are not functioning properly. If your body was functioning normally you would not have to take any drugs or hormones.

In the last 31 years that I have been in holistic health care practice I have seen hundreds of women who were going through menopause. The women who had severe symptoms of menopause had either been under severe stress for a long period of time, or they had one or more of the other factors, which damaged their body, especially their adrenal glands. The women that I have seen that had moderate symptoms of menopause have had a moderate amount of negative factors that were damaging their bodies and wearing out their adrenals. The women that I have seen that have mild symptoms during menopause have had a small amount of negative factors, which degenerate their body and wear down their adrenals. The women I have seen who have had no symptoms of menopause have had very little of the negative factors, which degenerate the body and wear down the adrenals.

I have seen many patients who had varying degrees of response to holistic health care for the severity of their symptoms of menopause, depending greatly on how well they avoided the unhealthy things and utilized the healthy things. The people I have seen who have eliminated or greatly reduced the negative factors degenerating their body and adrenals glands and have done many positive things which helped to rejuvenate the body and the adrenal glands, have become completely free of the symptoms that they were having, which were supposedly because of menopause, but were actually because of these negative factors.

One of the biggest causes of menopause problems is too much stress for too long of a period of time. The adrenal glands which are on top of the kidneys produce adrenalin, which gives you extra energy especially is stressful situations. If you are under too much stress for too long of a period of time it can wear down the adrenal’s from over work so they can’t function properly. When the ovaries stop producing estrogen the adrenals produce hormones that compensate for what the ovaries were producing before menopause, so if the adrenal glands are functioning normally the person will not have the “so called” menopause related symptoms, such as: hot flashes, osteoporosis, moodiness, depression, skin problems etc. It is not normal to have symptoms of menopause, it is very common, but it is not normal, if you do the proper things ahead of time you will not get the “so called” symptoms of menopause, if you have the “so called” symptoms of menopause and you avoid the unhealthful things and do the healthful things you could eliminate the symptoms.

I saw a patient who was a positive thinker, she was under very little stress and she ate fairly well. She was older than many of her friends who were going through menopause, her friends were having horrible symptoms, and she came in and said “what is wrong with me, I am not having hot flashes and I am much older than many of my friends who are having many symptoms of menopause.” She thought she had cancer or something. She thought she was really sick, I couldn’t find anything wrong with her. I said “you are healthy; there is nothing wrong with you”. All of her friends were under stress and they were doing other things which caused their adrenal’s to malfunction. When their adrenals malfunctioned they didn’t produce the hormones that they needed and this caused their problems. One of the many things that could happen is a lack of hormones could send a message to the pituitary, which could attempt to compensate for some of these deficient hormones and send a message to the thyroid, causing it to over produce thyroxin which could cause hot flashes. Thyroxin can increase circulation and raise your metabolism causing you to generate more heat so an excessive amount of thyroxin can cause greatly increased circulation which can cause you to turn red and it can greatly increase your metabolism which can cause you to perspire. I have seen hundreds of patients that have had symptoms of menopause, we treated their adrenal’s, helped them with stress management and whatever else they needed on an individual basis and in a high percentage of cases their hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause got less and less then disappeared. So people don’t need to have menopause problems either, just another in a long list of things that some people may think they need to have but they don’t need to have.

The most common negative factors which cause or contribute to the “so called” menopause symptoms and conditions include: mental and/or emotional stress, junk food, pinched nerves, mal-combined foods, trauma, clogged arteries, vitamin, mineral, nutrient and/or amino acid deficiencies, poisons, lack of exercise, lack of rest, chemicals, incorrect posture, dehydration, viruses, bacteria, funguses, parasites, incorrect posture, food poisoning, negative thoughts, eating overcooked foods, eating rancid oils, eating processed foods and eating too much fatty foods.

The subsequent things put in print here have helped many people to alleviate the “so called” symptoms of menopause and the health desolations they cause.

To treat the “so called” symptoms of menopause and the health desolations they cause, as with any other health desolations, it would be of unrivaled importance to the recuperative process to find the cause or causes of the “so called” symptoms of menopause and the health desolations they cause and remove it or them and find the things which have been put in print to have helped many people alleviate the “so called” symptoms of menopause, then eat, drink, have and/or do as many of these as you can.

For example: if you are under stress for a long period of time, which causes your adrenals to over secrete adrenaline to deal with the excess stress, causing your adrenals to wear down and start malfunctioning from being over worked, when your ovary functions slow down at menopause, the adrenals cannot adequately take over the function of producing hormones that compensate for the hormones that the ovaries are no longer producing, thus causing a hormone imbalance in the body, which causes hot flashes. You also start getting osteoporosis because of a lack of estrogen, which normally helps to stimulate the proper formation of calcium in the bones. In this example, if you eliminate the underlying cause of the problem, which is stress, or greatly diminish the stress or eliminate or diminish your reaction to the stress through stress management techniques etc. (see my newsletter on mental and/or emotional stress). Then have the things necessary to rejuvenate the adrenals from the damage that was done by the stress. The adrenals could start producing the proper hormones, which could help reverse the osteoporosis and stop the imbalance which causes the hot flashes. Once your problems disappear it would be astute to greatly improve your chances that your symptoms stay gone and that you do not get any other health problems, by avoiding as many of the negative factors that cause health problems as possible and by doing as many of the beneficial things as you can. Why suffer when you don’t have to and in a high percentage of cases you don’t have to.

EXCESSIVE MENSTRUATION

Excessive menstruation occurs when the blood flow during menstruation exceeds 100 milliliters, this excess blood loss can cause or contribute to anemia, Some of the most common symptoms of anemia include: weakness, fatigue, dizziness, pale appearing complexion; nails, lips and eyelids, forgetfulness, headaches, constipation, difficulty concentrating, irritability, numbness, feeling of pins and needles; especially in the arms or legs, diarrhea, nausea, loss of appetite, depression, drowsiness, sore mouth with a smooth glazed tongue, nervous disorders, unsteady gait and degeneration of the spinal cord, Anemia may also cause or contribute to many other aches, pains, conditions, syndromes and/or diseases, because Anemia can cause a lack of the most important substance needed by the body cells, tissues and organs, which is oxygen.

The most common causes of excessive menstruation include: hormone imbalances, junk food, mental and/or emotional stress, pinched nerves, mal-combined foods, trauma, clogged arteries, vitamin, mineral, nutrient and/or amino acid deficiencies, poisons, lack of exercise, lack of rest and chemicals.

The succeeding things put in print here have helped many people to decrease excessive menstruation and the health despairs is causes.
