To get more comprehensive results: ingest only and limit your exposure to only healthy things, especially things that have a constructive effect on the neck.

An example of this would be if you were in a car accident, which caused you to have whiplash(cervical hyperextension injury), which caused damage to the ligaments, muscles, soft tissues and tendons in your neck and caused pinched nerves, swelling, pain and stiffness in your neck. In this particular example you would want to have chiropractic adjustments to take the pressure off the nerves and have massage and take all of the supplements necessary to relax the muscle spasms and stiffness, bring down the swelling and pain and rejuvenate the ligaments, muscles, soft tissues and tendons in your neck.
