To treat the problems caused by eating rancid oil as with any other problem, it would be very important to find the underlying cause or causes of your eating rancid oil and change it or them and find the things which are beneficial, then ingest, have and/or do as many of these as you can.

An example of this would be: if you ate rancid oil, which caused you to suffer food poisoning, which caused you to have abdominal pain, nausea, bloating and fatigue. You would want to exclude the rancid oils from your diet and do all of the things you can to restore your system from the damage that was done by the rancid oils, thereby easing or ending your abdominal pain, nausea, bloating and fatigue.

EATING, TOO MUCH FATTY FOOD

This newsletter was written by Dr. Gerald Krause D.C., who is currently and has been a Holistic Doctor of Chiropractic since 1979 and is the director of Krause Holistic Spa and Alta Massage College, serving Southern California, especially the South Bay and Los Angeles Harbor areas: Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Lawndale, Gardenia, Hawthorne, El Segundo, San Pedro, Wilmington, Lomita, Harbor City, Carson and Long Beach.

Eating too much fatty food can be a main underlying cause or a contributing cause of a huge number of different aches, pains, syndromes, conditions and diseases. Some of which include: heart disease, heart attacks, high blood pressure, headaches, constipation, dizziness, gall bladder pain, gall stones, kidney problems, liver problems, spleen problems, diabetes, hemorrhoids, indigestion, inflammation, insomnia, menopause problems, menstrual problems, nausea, neuralgia, night sweats, obesity, prostrate problems, neck pain, upper back, mid back pain, low back pain, arm pain, leg pain, varicose veins, cancer, stomach pain and memory problems.

The most common fatty foods that people overeat include; meats, dairy products, oils, fried foods and junk food. Fats when utilized by the human body produce a lot of energy so some of the most common causes of eating too much fat include; things which bring down your energy, therefore, making you crave fats to raise your energy level quickly. Some things which bring down your energy include: junk food, mental and/or emotional stress, pinched nerves, mal-combined foods, trauma, clogged arteries, vitamin, mineral, nutrient, and/or amino acids deficiencies, poisons, chemicals, lack of exercised, lack of rest, viruses, bacteria, funguses, ameba, parasites, dehydration, food poisoning, eating too much fatty foods(causing a vicious circle the more fatty food you eat the more it brings down your energy causing you to crave fatty food more, similar to how some drugs temporarily raise your energy then bring your energy down lower then it was to begin with making you crave more drugs), eating processed food, eating rancid oils, eating overcooked food, negative thoughts, lack of fiber in the diet, incorrect posture and not eating a wide enough variety of food to get all of the nutrients that you need.

It has been proven that you can decrease the fat in your arteries. To do that you want to look at the things in your diet, see what food contains fat and how much fat it contains and cut down on your total intake of fat, unfortunately many of the foods which contain a high amount of fat taste good, however, there are many delicious things that don’t contain fat. There are low fat cook books, there are restaurants that serve low fat food and health food stores that have many foods which are low fat. Make a list of delicious low fat recipes, delicious meals at health food restaurants, and delicious foods from health food stores, whenever you want to eat something that is high in fat, or contains other unhealthful things, instead eat something from the low fat list of delicious tasting food, as much as possible. When you can’t use the healthy low fat cook books, health food restaurants and health food stores, make a list of and use delicious low fat recipes from regular cook books, delicious low fat meals at regular restaurants and delicious low fat foods from regular food stores. It may take a large amount of effort to do this in the beginning, but after a while you will know the delicious healthy foods to eat, where to get them, how to cook them etc., it will become easier and easier to. It is like an investment in energy, you use some energy to find a new healthy recipe, restaurant or food store, you eat that food and you get more energy back then you put in because you are healthier, so you take some of that energy and find another new healthy recipe, restaurant or food store, eat that food and get even more energy back, because you are even healthier etc.. After doing this for a period of time depending on how healthy you were to begin with, how many other healthy things you are doing and how many unhealthy things you are avoiding, your heart disease, diabetes, arthritis or almost any other health condition you may have can decrease and if you do many healthy things and avoid almost all of the unhealthy things your negative health conditions can tremendously decrease and in many cases will disappear.

Most people know these days that clogged arteries can cause heart disease, but many people don’t realize that clogged arteries can also cause diabetes and many other conditions, if the arteries in the heart are clogged with fat, the arteries supplying every other cell in the body are probably clogged with fat. If the arteries supplying the pancreases are clogged with fat, the pancreas can’t get the oxygen and nutrients it needs to manufacture insulin properly, which could cause diabetes. Many people have gone on a low fat diet and have taken supplements such as niacin, choline, inositol, methionine, hawthorne berries, American herbs, Chinese herbs, homeopathic remedies, specific foods, physiotherapies, exercise programs and detoxification programs and their diabetes improved or disappeared, because the pancreas started getting oxygen and nutrients it needed.

Whatever other health problems you have which are coming from clogged arteries will also improve or disappear when you unclog your arteries. If your memory is malfunctioning, because your arteries in your brain are clogged, therefore your brain is not getting the oxygen and nutrients it needs to function properly, if you unclog those arteries your memory will improve. If you feel depressed or tired because your arteries are clogged, therefore your brain is not getting the oxygen and nutrients it needs to function properly and you go on a low fat diet, supplement, exercise and detoxification program that cleans the fat out of your arteries you could feel more euphoric and energetic. The more oxygen and nutrients your brain and the rest of your body gets, the better you feel, you could have a more positive attitude, and it could be easier to deal with things.

Everything in the human body is interrelated, everything in the human body connects in many different ways, when you learn how it is interrelated it can bring the whole picture together.

To address the problems caused by eating too much fatty food, you might want to ingest, have and/or do some of what is on the subsequent list.

To address the problems caused by eating too much fatty food as with any other problem, it would be a terrific idea to find the underlying cause or causes of your eating too much fatty food and modify it or them and find the things which are beneficial, then ingest, have and/or do as many of these as you can.

An example of this would be: if a person ate too much fatty food for too long a period of time which clogged up her arteries so that her heart, brain, liver, spleen, pancreas, other vital organs and every other cell in the body were not getting the oxygen and nutrients they needed so they were not functioning properly which brought down her energy, which caused a craving to eat something that would quickly raise her energy level. Over the years, every time this person ate fatty food she got a temporary raise in energy which was recorded in her subconscious mind (which doesn’t make any value judgments) therefore, whenever she got a drop in energy her subconscious mind would send out a craving for fatty food because her subconscious mind had been programmed that fatty food would quickly raise her energy. Therefore, this person ate more fatty foods, which clogged up her arteries further, which caused more of a chronic lack of energy, which caused her to eat more fatty foods, which clogged up the arteries further, each time she ate fatty foods this would temporary make her feel better, but then would cause a chronic further lowering of energy. So she was in a vicious circle. The more fatty foods she ate the more chronically tired she became. The more chronically tired she became the more fatty foods she ate. A vicious circle similar to this can also occur with junk foods, cigarettes, chocolate, drugs, alcohol, coffee, black tea and other things which artificially raise the blood sugar level and/or energy level and temporary make the person feel better, but in the long run bring down the energy. What the person has been exposed to the most is usually what they will crave the most because this is most associated in the subconscious mind as raising energy, however, people can become addicted to drugs, cigarettes and alcohol quickly because these things raise the energy level quickly and dramatically, unfortunately, these can be the most damaging the quickest. In this particular case of eating too much fatty food the person needs to eat, drink, take, have and/or do the things necessary to rejuvenate the body from the damage that was done, the things necessary to clean out the arteries and to get rid of the cravings and of course go on a low fat diet to get rid of the most underlying cause of the problem, which could greatly raise her energy level and help get rid of her cravings for fat.
